EA 2019 Operations: 12 Disciplinary Counselling
Staff discipline will be conducted in accordance with Attachment 1 of this Agreement.
Yarra Trams will review the disciplinary counselling procedure in consultation with the
RTBU by 31 December 2020. Yarra Trams agrees to conduct the review in good faith
and seriously consider the position of the RTBU. Neither the review, nor the outcomes
of it, will be progressed by either party through the Dispute Resolution procedure.
